The meeting was called to order by Shirley Wayne Washington.

Motion made by Ann Tramontana to accept the agenda; seconded by William Bixby; approved unanimously.

C. Approval of Minutes

Motion made by Sarah McIver to accept the minutes; seconded by Mary Blair; approved unanimously.

D. Coordinator’s Report

Motion made by Mary Blair to accept the Coordinator’s Report; seconded by Ann Tramontana; approved unanimously.

H. New Business

Shirley Wayne Washington initiated discussion on the past, present and future of the CRB. Members provided opinions that evolved to a general consensus of the need for more community involvement and communication.

There was discussion on CRB-BOPC interaction.

Shirley Wayne Washington discussed administrative concerns.
